COVID-19 Guidance
LET'S create Academy's highest priority is the safety of our campers and staff, while creating an enjoyable experience for our campers. Because of the COVID-19, new protocols and practices will be in place.

Daily Pre-Attendance Health Screening
It is important that your child completes a daily health screening prior to coming to camp.
Please stay home if your child has even one symptom related to COVID-19. For drop off show your child’s completed daily health screening on your mobile device.

FAMILY DISCOUNT Subtract $10/week per additional child, if registering two or more children from the same family for the same week. First child is full price.
​
​MULTIPLE SESSION DISCOUNT will automatically be applied while registration. First week is full price.
​
Refund policy: Client-initiated camp cancellations made for whatever reason within 15 days or more in advance of the scheduled start date of your camp week will receive a 100% refund (less a $20.00 processing fee).
Cancellations made within 14 days or less will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If for a COVID-19 related reason your camper cannot continue with the program, (i.e., a COVID-19 case requires that a camper must not attend in-person for the remainder of the week) a $120 coupon code towards the future camps will be issued.
The financial obligations of the camp are fixed for the season and the withdrawal of a camper does not lessen operating expenses.
LET’S create academy-initiated cancellations due to low enrollment/ public health restrictions will receive a 100% refund.
Note: Once your scheduled camp has commenced, we will be unable to offer any refunds for any reason.

Low Enrollment
In case of low or insufficient enrollment LET’S create academy reserves the right to cancel any program. A full refund will be made.
Credit card Information policy
Credit card information is processed by a secure 3rd party and is not retained nor accessible by LET’S create academy’s staff.
