Summer Camp 2021

Thank you for visiting us. We appreciate your interest. Due to some unexpected reasons, we are not running the programs in 2022.

LET’S create academy is offering a variety of summer programs starting from July 05-September 03.

All camps run 5 days a week from 9 AM-4 PM except Aug 03-Aug 06 (Short week).

Daily Pre-Attendance Health Screening

It is important that your child completes a daily health screening prior to coming to camp. 

Please stay home if your child has even one symptom related to COVID-19. For drop off, show your child’s completed daily health screening on your mobile device.

Early Bird discount is $20 for Registrations completed by June 20th. 

​

Family discount:  Subtract $10/week per additional child, if registering two or more children from the same family for the same week.  First child is full price.

​

Multi session discount:  Subtract $10/week per additional week. First week is full price.

​

Extended care: Extended care is available for 1 hour before or after regular time/day, $25 for regular week and $20 for short week can be paid at the time of registration.

 

Regular drop-off is between 8:45 am-9 am. Before care is available from 8:00 am-8:45 am for $5 /day per camper. Regular pick-up is between 4 PM – 4:15 PM After care is available from 4:15-5:00 pm for $5 /day per camper.

 

Additional late fees apply to pick-ups after 5 pm $20/10-minutes beyond 5:00 pm.

Nut free policy: We are nut-free zone, please pack nut-free lunches & snacks for your child.

Behavior Expectations from Campers

  • All campers are expected to behave in a manner which guards their own safety and the safety of other individuals in the program. 

  • Our staff are trained to establish environments that reduce behaviors, cohort management techniques and encourage appropriate behavior.

  • When responding to behaviors, our staff will follow steps in the Behavior Management Protocol. 

  • Parents/Guardians are expected to sign off that they understand the Behavior Management Protocol and will conform to the expectations set for their campers.
